The role of the Legal Commission is to;
Study the statute of the Malta Olympic Committee and
of the affiliated associations/federations and to propose
amendments for a more efficient and coherent structure
within the ambit of the IOC Charter;
To safeguard the interest of the Malta Olympic Committee
and sports federations through a sports law;
To set up regulations for a Sports Tribunal;
To study and make reports on any matter referred to
it by any organ of the Malta Olympic Committee.
